Hybrid K-Tip Chef's Knife
I designed the Hybrid to have features similar to k-tip knives: straight spine that break the last 2” of the knife making the point of the knife lower on the center line. It’s a great work horse knife that has become a favorite of mine.

STEEL: 440C stainless steel 3/32” at the thickest part of the spine.
TANG: Full (no filework)
